Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced insurance professional to market new prospective client accounts to carrier partners and support commercial lines sales teams. You will develop submissions, negotiate terms, and finalize onboarding processes to bind coverage for clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial P&C, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy across systems and relationships with carriers and clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial property & casualty insurance
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license
• Designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop submissions to carriers and obtain quotes.
• Negotiate terms with carriers for prospects.
• Bind coverage and onboard clients.
• Maintain agency systems and stay current with industry trends.
