Job summary

HUB International is seeking a driven Marketing Executive to grow our commercial insurance business by marketing across lines, negotiating renewals and new deals, and supporting producers with renewal presentations. You will collaborate across departments to deliver strong client outcomes and contribute to revenue growth.

You will leverage deep market knowledge, build relationships with underwriters, and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of marketing and negotiation experience with renewals and new business.
• College or University degree preferred.
• Current Florida Property & Casualty license (2-20).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Market all lines of commercial insurance and directly impact revenue goals through new business and renewals.
• Analyze line of business and production trends, and recommend improvements.
• Serve as account liaison between the producer and other departments for quotes on specialized lines.
• Assist in renewal explanations and participate in renewal presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting appetite, market trends, and coverage developments.
