Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Industry

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must be licensed in Missouri)

Contract Type: 3+ month contract with potential for permanent hire

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $27-30/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

Equipment: Provided by client

About the Role:

Our client, a reputable organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This fully remote role requires Missouri licensure and offers the potential for a permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will support a system cleanup initiative involving Vertafore AMS360 and play a key role in maintaining accurate client data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system cleanup tasks by inputting and updating client data in Vertafore AMS360
• Support administrative functions and assist with account management as needed
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all documentation processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Learn and adapt quickly to internal systems and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Missouri
• At least 1 year of experience in a CSR role within the insurance industry
• Proficiency with Vertafore AMS360 is required
• Illinois license is a plus; willingness to obtain IL licensure if selected is required
