gpac seeks a dependable Customer Service Representative for an independent insurance agency in Texas. The role focuses on policy servicing, renewals, and inquiries while building client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service and commercial insurance experience, a Texas Property & Casualty license, and strong communication. Monday–Friday schedule with benefits offered.

• Previous customer service and commercial experience required.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, certificates, and coverage inquiries.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Support Account Managers and Producers with administrative and service-related tasks.
• Review policies and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records within the agency management system.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy servicing, and follow-up items.
• Help ensure excellent customer retention through responsive service and relationship-building.
• Stay informed on agency procedures and carrier guidelines.
