HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Claims Consultant to join our Pittsburgh team, with preferred proximity to Irwin, PA and other PA offices.

The role focuses on serving as the client’s primary claims advocate, interpreting policy language, analyzing coverage, negotiating settlements with insurers and counsel, and resolving disputes to protect client outcomes and support retention and growth across the Commercial Lines book.

Competenze

• Ability to interpret policy language and analyze coverage in complex or disputed claims.
• Proven negotiation experience with insurers, adjusters, and legal counsel.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client/prospect presentations.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Serve as the client’s claims advocate and facilitator, providing guidance on process, outcomes, and timelines.
• Review policy language, analyze coverage, and propose solutions in disputed situations.
• Negotiate with insurers, adjusters and legal counsel to secure fair settlements.
• Manage end-to-end claims process with regular reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Document all client and carrier conversations and maintain accurate electronic files.
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers on claims aspects and client retention strategies.
• Monitor industry changes and advise clients in response, in consultation with leadership.
• Prepare management reports and travel as required; perform other duties as assigned.
