Responsibilities

• Assist with issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and in a timely manner.

• Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather necessary information.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial lines team.

The Certificate Specialist supports our commercial lines team by assisting with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy updates, and day-to-day client service tasks.
