This role is pivotal in supporting a commercial department by handling back-end tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs. You will work closely with 1-2 account managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.

• Handle day-to-day service requests and back-end administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate and organized records in the Epic software system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Qualifications/Requirements
