Jimcor Agencies in Montvale, NJ seeks an experienced brokerage professional to handle quoting, binding, endorsements, cancellations and notices for Commercial Lines. You will interact with agents and carriers and ensure timely processing of requests.

Preferred candidates have the NY P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and teamwork in a regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years brokerage commercial lines experience.
• NY P&C license required.
• Analytical skills to identify and organize information.
• Ability to prepare brokerage submissions to markets.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle brokerage quoting, binding, cancellations, endorsements, notices and policy reviews.
• Communicate with agents and carriers as directed by Supervisor.
• Follow up on brokerage matters and process endorsements.
• Review endorsements/requests against policies.
• Service accounts and resolve client/carrier requests within guidelines.
• Assist renewal processing and new business submissions as directed.
• Maintain organized files and adhere to regulatory standards.
