Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Producer’s License.
• 3+ years of insurance experience.
• Exposure to insurance brokerage activities.
• Basic computer familiarity.
• Strong written and spoken communications.
• High sense of urgency and results-driven.
• Negotiation and sales experience.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage forms and underwriting practices.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships to generate submission opportunities and business flow.
• Review submission documents and prepare information such as loss pics, risk summaries and narratives.
• Select and market risk to markets to negotiate terms and pricing.
• Provide comparisons and illustrations to support client presentations.
• Prepare quotations and respond to inquiries from agents and policyholders.
• Support renewal and remarketing activities and endorsements.
• Conduct marketing visits to agents and industry events.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely, accurate processing.
