Job summary

NFP Corp is seeking an Account Manager in the Long Island-Plainview/NYC area to service a defined book of commercial client accounts. The role involves proactive client servicing, renewal management, and coordination with Advisors and Account Executives.

Daily responsibilities include preparing renewal materials, presenting proposals, maintaining client documents, and maintaining carrier relationships. A strong focus on organization, communication, and problem solving is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines client service experience.
• Experience with a brokerage or independent insurance agency.
• Fluency with EPIC or similar agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Serve client accounts with Advisors/Executives; handle renewals and proposals.
• Prepare renewal presentations and communications.
• Maintain client documents and agency management system.
• Answer billing questions with Accounting support as needed.
• Build relationships with carriers and clients.
