Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under supervision, you will deliver excellent customer service to external and internal clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, while maintaining accurate policy data in EPIC.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty, pursue a Property & Casualty license, and demonstrate strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or processes to derive a solution.
• Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective, timely, and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member.
• Order loss runs.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
