Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under a lead servicer, you will deliver excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include maintaining account details in EPIC, producing standard communications to clients and carriers, and coordinating activities with team members to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.

• Supports lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system letters.
• Endorse policy in EPIC and create activities in EPIC and assign team members.
• Order loss runs.

Position Summary

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds.
• Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests,proofs of insuranceetc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.
• Order loss runs

Work Experience

• 0-2 years’ experience inCommercialProperty and Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk.
