Hilb Group in Cranston, RI is seeking a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our in-office team. The role requires organization, prioritization, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning policy processing, endorsements, MVRs, and data management.

The ideal candidate has a Highschool/college degree, strong computer skills (Word/Excel/Acrobat/IE), and a willingness to learn Vertafore AMS and insurance concepts. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software.
Ability to analyze work assignments and know when to ask for assistance to complete on time.
Respond promptly to departmental needs and solicit feedback to improve service.
Prepare professional form letters, write clearly, edit for spelling and grammar.
Read and interpret written information; complete tasks accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Generate Proof of Insurance (Certificates, EPI's, Binders, AutoID cards).
Process policies: e-file/attach to client file, policy check, and deliver to insured.
Process and monitor direct bill endorsements and audits.
Monitor cancellation status and activity with carriers/premium finance.
Generate form letters and order MVRs.
Order loss runs and update data schedules in the agency system.
E-file/attach scanned documents and online reports.
Handle data entry projects as needed.
