The Jonus Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines in Fresno, CA to join a growing team. This role supports expansion efforts and will manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including Contractors, Real Estate, Farm/Ag, and Trucking.

The position offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in insurance, holds a Property & Casualty license, and is proficient with AMS 360.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar insurance role.
• P&C license required.
• Proficient with AMS 360 software.
• Experience quoting via online portals.
• Experience with certificates of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing complex commercial accounts, including Contractors, Real Estate, Farm/Ag, and Trucking, with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
• Handle smaller business accounts independently while providing support on larger, more intricate accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business using online portals and AMS 360 software.
• Issue certificates of insurance and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain and update client records in AMS 360.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually

• Assist in managing complex commercial accounts, including Contractors, Real Estate, Farm/Ag, and Trucking, with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
