The position requires a 2-year degree and a valid Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain it. Candidates with insurance experience and a CISR designation are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and prospects.
• Process endorsements, certificates, and invoices per Account Manager instructions.
• Assist with processing new and renewal business, file setup, and proposals.
• Invoice commercial premium transactions following agency procedures.
• Maintain client files on computer systems and ensure accuracy.
• Support training and license maintenance as required.
