The Misch Group, an established agency, is looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager in Ohio. In this full-time role, you will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing excellent service.

With 2+ years experience in commercial lines insurance and an active Property & Casualty license, you'll be responsible for assisting with policy changes, claims support, and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Must have an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
• Issue insurance ID cards and other policy documents.
• Process endorsements and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client records.
