Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to provide essential administrative support to our Producers and Account Managers in Augusta, ME. The role focuses on ensuring accurate processing of downloads, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while upholding client communications.

Candidates should be proficient with AMS360 and Microsoft Office, capable of auditing transactions, and organized to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced insurance office

Qualifications

• Experience with AMS360 and Microsoft Office suites.
• Ability to audit transactions and follow procedural checklists.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Producers and Account Managers.
• Audit transactions to ensure correct Action Codes.
• Process download reports, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements for accuracy.
• Invoice download transactions and mail new business letters to clients.
• Enter claims acknowledgements and follow up on open claims.
• Scan hard files into AMS360 and organize/document workflows.
