Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to provide administrative support to Producers and Account Managers. You will handle AMS360 data, process downloads, endorsements, renewals, and invoicing, and ensure accuracy in workflow documentation.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to organize priorities in a fast-paced insurance office environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with AMS360 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow established procedures and workflows.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Producers and Account Managers.
• Process download reports, new business, endorsements, renewals and cancellations for accuracy.
• Invoicing of download transactions and mailing client communications.
• Maintain files, organize priorities and assist with claims acknowledgments as needed.
