Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit transactions to confirm correct Action Codes.
• Process download reports and review new business, endorsements, renewals.
• Prepare invoices for download transactions and mail new business letters.
• Enter claims acknowledgements and follow up on open claims.
• Scan hard files into AMS360 and organize priorities.
• Maintain workflow with Producers and Account Managers.
