Commercial Lines Account Manager (Mid-Market to Large Accounts)

Foxborough, MA – 95% Remote (MA and RI ONLY)

Full-Time | $80K–$100K Base Salary

We’re partnering with a well-established insurance organization that’s seeking aCommercial Lines Account Managerto support a book ofmid-market to large commercial clients. This is ageneralist positionfocused onclient service, renewals, and relationship management—ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive insurance professional.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of mid-sized to large commercial lines clients.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing, policy renewals, and client communications.
• Coordinate with producers and internal teams to ensure seamless account handling.
• Attend in-person client meetings when needed (minimal travel).
• Utilize theEPIC agency management system(not required)

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of commercial lines experience, ideally with mid-market or large accounts.
• Strong understanding of core coverages and risk management needs.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• EPIC experience is a plus—but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:$80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
