Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lines account manager experience servicing a book of business.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, ratings and underwriting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: assisting clients with new and renewal business and processing changes to policies.
• Policy Management: reviewing policies and processing transactions accurately.
• Data Integrity: updating client and company files to keep records current.
• Follow-ups: managing follow-ups and updates on cancellation requests.
