Sunstar Insurance Group is seeking an Account Manager to provide service and support to clients and agents, focusing on renewing and expanding assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Renew/Market Accounts including completing applications, requesting loss runs and corresponding with underwriters, rating new & renewal business.
• Communicate with the agent during the quoting process.
• Prepare proposals based on the client’s needs and the coverage's proposed.
• Develop & maintain strong professional relationships with clients & insurance company representatives.
• Maintain client and policy information in the customer management system including policies, endorsements, new and renewal business.
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day service on accounts.
