Job summary

HUB International in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a book of property/casualty clients, serving as the day-to-day contact and supporting client retention.

This hybrid role requires three in-office days weekly and involves collaboration with Risk Consultants and Account Executives, handling client service, renewal activity, and carrier relationships to protect client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Account Manager/Account Administrator role in insurance environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; P&C license required or able to obtain within 120 days from hire.
• Advanced professional designation preferred or in progress (e.g. CISR, AAI, ARM, CIC, CPCU)

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business and routine client requests with autonomy.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, partners, and HUB colleagues to support retention.
• Supports Producers and Senior Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business; can resolve issues with limited guidance.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts; documents conversations and updates systems.
