Job summary

Our client in the insurance sector is seeking an Account Manager–Commercial Lines to serve as the primary service contact for a high-volume book of approximately 200 small commercial accounts representing roughly $2–$4 million in total premium. The role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and accuracy in servicing contractors, restaurants, retail businesses, small offices, and local service companies.

Prior Commercial Lines insurance experience.
Ability to manage a high-volume book of small commercial accounts.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned small commercial clients.
Manage approximately 200 commercial accounts while maintaining client relationships and retention.
Handle client requests, policy changes, billing questions, certificates, endorsements, audits, and other service needs.
Manage the renewal process from start to finish, including documentation gathering and comparing markets.
Process endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy changes accurately within AMS360.
Respond to client needs promptly while meeting service level expectations and deadlines.
Maintain a minimum client and renewal retention target of 90%.
Complete service requests, endorsements, and certificates within 24–72 hour timeframes.
Maintain high levels of processing accuracy and up-to-date account documentation.
