Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Select Account Manager for a well-established insurance organization in a hybrid role. You will manage a high-volume book of ~200 small commercial accounts representing roughly $2–$4 million in total premium, serving as primary contact and driving retention.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in Commercial Lines, an active P&C license (or ability to obtain), AMS360 experience, and strong client-service skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with AMS360 and knowledge of EPIC preferred.
• Strong client-service and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for assigned small commercial clients.
• Manage approximately 200 commercial accounts and retain relationships.
• Handle policy changes, billing questions, certificates, endorsements, audits, and service needs.
• Lead renewal process from start to finish and compare markets.
• Maintain 24–72 hour turnaround on service requests.
• Ensure 90% renewal/retention target.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and AMS360 processing.
• Collaborate with associates, team leaders, marketing, and carriers.
• Proactively communicate with clients and internal partners.
• Monitor workload and minimize overdue items.
• Maintain high processing accuracy.
