Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 P&C license is required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention strategy and new business acquisition meetings with producer.
• Gathers data from client: applications, loss runs, inspections, etc.
• Works independently of Producers on placement of risk.
• Attends marketing and carrier meetings.
• Monitors and updates open items checklists/timelines.
• Maintains relationships with clients and carriers via endorsements and coverage questions.
• Communicates with Producer and team regarding client needs.
• Analyzes client data to determine needs and exposures.
• Answers underwriting questions and assists in pricing and product decisions.
