Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Moulton, AL to manage an established book of business and serve as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams. You will renew, remarket, endorse policies, gather underwriting information, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records using AMS360 or similar systems.

A strong license and client service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with agency management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an established book of Commercial Lines accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Coordinate renewals, remarketing, endorsements, and account maintenance.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare applications, proposals, and renewal documentation.
• Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage protection.
• Maintain accurate policy records in agency management systems.
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
