Responsibilities

• Works closely with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing and renewal.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier reps, underwriters and partners to maintain or exceed retention goals.
• Prepares and implements all transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
