The Hilb Group, LLC in Roseland, NJ is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will manage a dedicated book of business, gather information, prepare applications, quote, and market renewals while maintaining thorough file documentation.

You will build relationships with producers and carriers, stay current on company systems and offerings, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool or GED required.
• Must be licensed.
• Independent and self-motivated thinker capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Vertafore products is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Handle a dedicated book of business.
• Gather information, prepare applications, quote, renewal marketing, and endorsements with accurate file documentation.
• Interact and build relationships with producers and carriers.
• Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings.
