Qualifikationen

• State insurance license required.
• Exceptional analytical skills for risk assessment and client solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office for policy management.

• Develop and implement renewal strategies to achieve 95% retention.
• Conduct risk assessments for 100+ commercial accounts and advise on coverages.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive 20% annual growth.
• Review policies and endorsements within 48 hours of client requests.
• Mentor junior account executives to enhance team capability.
