Responsibilities

• Servicing accounts of mostly small to midsize clients.
• Provide a positive customer experience to all clients.
• Build client relationships with trust and professionalism.
• Process certificates, notices of cancellation, and change requests/endorsements.
• Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information from the producer.
• Market new and renewal business.

How You’ll Power the Team:

Experience: 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management

License: Active Property & Casualty license

Software: Insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position

Comprehensive knowledge: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.

Book of Business: Experience servicing a general book of commercial business (e.g., General Liability, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto)

Your Daily Contributions:

Servicing accounts of mostly small to midsize accounts

Provide a positive customer experience to all clients

Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism

Process certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements

Request for information and documentation

Prepare the applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
