Insurance Relief, a highly-rated insurance agency, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a mid-size book of business and maintain direct client contact to deliver exceptional service. You will consult with clients on coverage options, market new and renewal business, and build strong carrier relationships.

The role emphasizes in-depth knowledge of coverages, products and agency procedures, a P&C license, and 5+ years in Commercial Lines.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• 5+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management.
• Proficiency in EPIC and mid-size accounts experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-size generalist book of business.
• Maintain consistent direct contact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Consult with clients to determine coverage options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Actively market new and renewal business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with insurance carriers.
• Conduct initial reviews of policies and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, and payments.
• Assist in gathering renewal exposure information in collaboration with the producer.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The Preferred Qualifications:
