Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of servicing commercial accounts.
• Property & Casualty license.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic or other Insurance Agency Management systems.
• Experience with specialized coverage accounts (E&O, Marine, General Manufacturing).
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with carriers.
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns.
• Respond to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters.
• Assist with gathering renewal exposure information for the producer.
• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client.
• Effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
