Responsibilities

• Use Agency CRM system to service clients.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients.
• Assist sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies.
• Collaborate with other account managers to complete daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Work with multiple insurance carriers to find the best solutions for customers.
