Family Insurance Center, LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service new and existing insurance policies, cross-sell to existing customers, and assist the sales team with new business development. Training and licensing are provided for new employees.

Family Insurance Center, LLC is a growing independent agency with a hometown connection with eight locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin & North Central working for our communities. Due to our continued growth, we are searching for an applicant to represent our agency as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Account Managers will service new and existing insurance policies, cross-sell new policies to existing customers, as well as assist the sales team in writing new business.

$22.00 – $26.00/hr

• Using Agency Customer Management System
• Provide superior Customer Service to all clients
• Assist sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies
• Work with other account managers to ensure daily tasks are completed
• Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams
• Work with several insurance carriers to find the best solutions for our customers
