Qualifications

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Prior experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insured clients on service requests and renewals.
• Collaborate with risk advisors and Towne personnel on client service and marketing.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and certificates accurately and timely.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, and partners.
• Utilize Applied Epic and other systems for customer handling.
