Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to oversee policy updates, quoting, and renewals with clients and carrier underwriters. The role requires a Property & Casualty license and 3–5 years of independent agency or retail broker experience, plus proficiency with TAM/EPIC/AMS360 and MS Office.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients, producers, and carriers, ensuring accurate information flow and timely renewal management.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• 3–5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating.
• Experience with various carriers and direct work with underwriters.
• Experience using online rating software and carrier systems.
• Applied TAM, EPIC or AMS360 software experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
