Job summary

gpac seeks a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage policy updates, client and carrier communications, and the marketing/quoting process for new business and renewals. The role requires a P&C license and 3-5 years in an independent agency or retail broker environment, with strong knowledge of commercial lines and carrier underwriting practices.

Proficiency in online rating systems and AMS360 family tools is expected, along with solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• 3-5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
• Experience with multiple carriers and underwriters.
• Experience using online rating software and carrier systems.
• Proficiency with TAM, EPIC or AMS360 software.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• US work authorization required.

Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Insurance

Duties Will Include

• Accurately input policy updates and account information.
• Communicate with client, producer, and carrier underwriters in regards to policy and coverage related questions and information.
• Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals.
• Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.
• Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.

Commercial Insurance Account Manager Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Minimum 3-5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating.
• Experience with various carriers and working directly with their underwriters.
• Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems.
• Applied TAM, EPIC or AMS360 software experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
