What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is detail oriented, knowledgeable in Commercial Lines, confident, comfortable working remotely and loves working in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing a book of commercial insurance property & casualty accounts.
• Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
• Market new and renewal accounts, including rate and coverage comparisons and accuracy checking.
• Prepare Insurance Binders, Certificates, Evidence and Auto ID cards.
• Process Endorsements, Audits and billing on existing policies.
• Generate quotes using carrier websites for new and existing clients and prospects.
• Update and maintain all client details in EZLynx (agency management system) to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and assist with Personal Lines coverages and tasks as needed, supporting the agency’s overall service goals.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Lines with an independent retail insurance agency
