Job description

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our agency!

Responsibilities:

• Develop insurance quotes and prepare applications for commercial lines.
• Address walk-in client sales needs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• Process endorsements received via mail, email, and fax.
• Perform renewal reviews and prepare renewal applications.
• Conduct insurance company audits.
• Handle carrier downloads and certificates of insurance.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Respond to incoming phone calls.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Commercial Lines agents.

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty (P/C) License.
• Previous experience in insurance.
• Conflict resolution skills.
