Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Commercial Lines team in Tampa, FL. This in-office role will manage a dedicated book of business, act as the main liaison with clients and internal teams, and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

You will conduct regular account reviews and support applications, quotes, endorsements, and documentation. Ideal candidates are licensed, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• P license or ability to obtain required license.
• Knowledge of Vertafore products a plus.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right.

Responsibilities

• Handle a dedicated book of business.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
