Pay Range

This range is provided by Flex Employee Services. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $38.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Information

Term: Contract/Contract to Hire

Location: Remote (MA only)

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 4:30PM

Hourly Rate: $38.00 - $40.00/hour (depending on experience)

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume book of Insurance business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Building client loyalty through positive relationships, advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
• Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
• Maintaining understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures
• Reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• Coordinating renewal information with department managers

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years recent Commercial Account Management experience
• Valid Property & Casualty License required
