We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Personal Lines Insurance team. You’ll be servicing the day-to-day needs of our insureds and managing the executions of all aspects of the client renewal. Other tasks include assisting in claim conflicts, soliciting referrals, providing a full account review at renewal and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC).
Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 3 years personal insurance account management experience and if you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.

The expected salary range for this position is $25.00 to $33.00 per hour will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
