Jonus Group in College Station, Texas, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to maintain and grow a book of business focused on small business accounts with standard and surplus lines. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a P&C license and at least 2 years in commercial lines account management, with proficiency in Epic software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a commercial lines account management role (1.5 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $1.4 million, focusing on accounts with premiums from $2,500 to $90,000.
• Handle renewals (85%) and assist with quoting new business (15%).
• Process endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other client requests.
• Prepare summaries and remarket policies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and occasional inbound calls.
• Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure client satisfaction.
