Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

1. Quote and respond to new business opportunities same-day
2. Process inbound organic leads from our website properties
3. Focus on target industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Technology, and Food Services
4. Communicate effectively with carrier underwriters to secure optimal coverage

Account Management

1. Service key client accounts (over $2,500 in revenue)
2. Provide same-day response to client inquiries
3. Conduct annual renewal reviews
4. Maintain consistent communication with clients
5. Apply consultative approach to understand and meet client needs

Technical Expertise

1. Understand workers compensation coverage and requirements
2. Analyze and communicate coverage options
3. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and insurance markets

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience
2. College education preferred
3. Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system
4. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets
5. Experience working across multiple states
6. Knowledge of workers compensation
