Job summary

Insurance Relief, a San Francisco–based brokerage, seeks an Excess & Surplus lines expert to own complex risk placement and policy lifecycle. You will manage marketing, quoting, binding, and risk profiling, drawing on strong E&S knowledge and an active Property & Casualty license.

The role emphasizes leveraging carrier relationships to secure favorable pricing and building partnerships with underwriters, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial insurance knowledge.
• Strong E&S knowledge/experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial policy lifecycle from marketing and quoting through binding while evaluating complex risks.
• Assist with end-to-end policy placement, risk profiling, and other insurance strategies.
• Leverage market relationships to secure best pricing with specialty carriers.
• Build strong relationships with carrier underwriters.
