Job summary

Provident Protection Plus (PPP) is seeking an Associate Account Executive – Commercial Insurance Lines to support Account Managers in the Commercial Lines department. This entry‑level role focuses on building insurance knowledge and client service skills while assisting with daily account tasks.

The position can be based in Waldwick, NJ or Augusta, NJ and requires obtaining a Property & Casualty license within six months. Growth through licensing and industry experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience.
• Entry-level service role supporting Account Managers.
• Ability to support daily client account management activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Lines team across multiple offices.
• Assist with processing and calculating audits, cancellations, billing inquiries, renewal submissions, and client portal invitations.
• Retrieve, manage, and organize policy documentation from carrier portals for Account Managers.
• Prepare internal and client presentation materials as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
