Job summary

Provident Protection Plus (PPP), the insurance subsidiary of Provident Bank, seeks an Account Executive – Commercial Lines to support Account Managers and service a dedicated book of business in a professional office setting.

Based in Waldwick or Augusta, NJ, you will handle renewals, billing inquiries, policy changes, and client communications, working closely with carriers to deliver timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage a dedicated book of commercial lines accounts, including renewals, audits, cancellations, policy changes, billing inquiries, and client and carrier communications.
• Process billing for agency‑billed policies and assist with direct‑billed policies when required.
• Retrieve and manage policy documentation from carrier portals to support account servicing.
