Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors is seeking an Account Executive to deliver exceptional service and operational support for Hatcher Property & Casualty clients. You will manage policy service, renewals, and carrier relationships while partnering with producers and internal teams.

The role reports to the P&C Practice Leader and emphasizes accurate, timely client service and solution-driven communications to protect client assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of P&C account management or related experience.
• Active P&C Insurance license or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Experience supporting commercial insurance across multiple lines.
• Proficiency with Excel and data organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned P&C clients.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Support renewal strategy and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency system.
• Balance workload across new business, renewals, and service requests.
