Qualifications

• Experience with Sageworks and Abrigo preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality service by anticipating needs and resolving issues with care and accuracy.
• Assist Relationship Managers with documentation for new and renewed customer relationships.
• Support advances, paydowns, transfers, and treasury activities while monitoring overdrafts and documentation exceptions.
• Gather information for underwriting, processing, and closing commercial loans with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and review closing documents to ensure accuracy and readiness for funding.
• Communicate requirements, deadlines, and changes clearly to Relationship Managers and customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations.
